Items Covered by the Pre-Purchase Condition Report
The report will commence with a background pre-amble about the yacht, any known information on the model and details of the reason for the survey and the client requirements. The following items
will then be commented upon and the report will conclude with a comment on the surveyors view of the vessel and its market value.
